Since Sidney's no longer a baby (and we've been kicked off the baby website) I'm in the process of creating a blog website for her. This will let you know what we've been up to lately. So check back often and leave a comment or two.
Sidney celebrated a major milestone this week. She traded in her crib for a "big girl" bed.
The transition went far smoother than expected. I had vision of endless tantrums and sleepless nights. In fact the first two nights she slept though the whole night! (Im sure the fact that I bribed her had nothing to do with it).
She still asks for the crib but is loving having tea parties on the bed...especially with daddy.
**Special thanks to Ma and Pa (AKA Nana and Poppa) for the bed delivery and set up. Also, please note that the quilt, canopy and other accoutrements was made by by the uber-talented Ma (Nana) over 30 years ago!!
